Why psychotherapy?
People generally avail of psychotherapy when they experience a crisis in their lives that they feel unable to cope with alone. Sometimes the help of family or friends is not enough or maybe it is something they feel unable to share with those close to them. Other times people come to psychotherapy due to an issue from the past that is still affecting them and they want the time and space to be able to explore and resolve it and then some people feel an ongoing dissatisfaction with how they are in the world and they want to discover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
